SFPD Crime Information Services handles ordinary police incident reports at 1245 Third Street, first floor, San Francisco, CA 94158. Reports are free through that channel. The office is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding holidays. Records customer service is 415-575-7232, SFPD headquarters is 415-837-7000, and police non-emergency is 415-553-0123. Call 911 only for an immediate emergency. Use SFPD's separate public-records portal for photographs, evidence, statements, video, arrest-log data, or other material.
